    Description

    Spacious, modern and luxurious apartment centrally located in the City Centre with fantastic balcony views across the city. Situated in the Matrix development on Cowcaddens Road, this apartment provides a great base to discover Glasgow. Less than 100m to the Theatre Royal and only 100m to Buchanan St. Station, the Matrix offers travelers an ideal location to work or play. Secure underground parking for one car can be booked.

    This spacious duplex apartment has been furnished to an excellent standard. You enter the property on the upper level which comprises of an entrance hallway, a bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom which has one open wall which partially overlooks the living room. A sofa-bed can also be added to this bedroom for an additional guest fee. The large windows within the living room means that the twin bedroom enjoys maximum daylight. (Please note this means the room will be brighter in the morning)

    Stairs lead to the lower part of this apartment where the main rooms can be found. There is a master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a single chest of drawers. The master bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. Next door is a further large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers also. The living room is spacious and light on account of the large south facing windows. The dining table can seat 6 persons easily and there is plenty of sofa seating to enjoy the large flat screen TV and DVD facilities. WiFi is also complimentary during your stay in Matrix. There further storage cupboards for other items provided such as an iron & board.

    The kitchen is adjoined to the living area and includes all modern integrated facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher. The cupboards contain plates, glasses, cutlery and everything you would need to cater for home cooking. Gas Central heating will ensure warm and comfortable stay, with instant hot water at all times. Our guests are provided with luxury towels & bed linen during changed weekly for longer stays.

    Loved the space in the apartment and the modern look of it. Great location with easy access to train station, bus station and city centre. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Comfortable beds, convenient bathrooms and clean kitchen.

    The location was perfect. We walked from the train station with our kids in 6 minutes. There were lots of nice restaurants and pubs in a few blocks radius plus we were only 3 blocks from the main shopping street. Another bonus was the huge movie thea

There were lots of nice restaurants and pubs in a few blocks radius plus we were only 3 blocks from the main shopping street. Another bonus was the huge movie theater just a block away. Glasgow City Flats were top notch. They responded quickly to all my questions, helped arrange an early check in and provided cots and a high chair for my kids. If I ever make it back to Glasgow I would definatly stay here again. The house was equipped with everything we needed and supprisingly quiet for being on a main road.
